Nandy Cauvil is an accomplished educator with 15 years of experience in educational leadership and instruction. She is dedicated to creating learning environments that exceed academic standards, enhance teacher abilities, and promote creativity in lesson planning. Nandy holds a New York State Professional Teaching Certification In Early Childhood Education (Birth - Grade 2) and has progressed through various leadership roles, highlighting innate leadership ability, adeptness in team managment, and a proactive approach to problem resolution. She has expertise in areas such as Special Education, communication skills, curriculum planning, and strategic planning. Nandy's career is dedicated to creating inclusive, effective, and innovative learning environments.
